Terminate the contract

According to the Distance Selling Directive

the right of the consumer to withdraw from the contract within at least 7 working days without giving any reason and without penalty, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods (right of withdrawal)

if the consumer has terminated the contract, the right to a refund within 30 days of withdrawal.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Note that you will bear the cost of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error.

Shipment

Depending on your location, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment within Colissimo Suivi or DHL. A shipping notification with tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
